is there a problem with whatever program verifies files, i have a bunch of shows that have been pending or waiting for the contributione engine to kick in, for about a day now. i wasn't sure if something was down or not.

The contribution engine is down right now, and has been since last night. I emailed one of the Archive's Sysadmins to let him know, when he gets the note I'm sure he'll give it a kick-start. :)
